You must be at least 18 years old to submit a guest application, purchase a sponsorship, or engage with our services.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form or inquiry through our website.

3. Guest Appearances

Submitting a guest application does not guarantee an appearance on STL Hustle Insider. All applications are reviewed and subject to approval at our sole discretion.

If selected, guests will be contacted to confirm availability and recording details. Guest appearances may take the form of a full interview, spotlight segment, or other format as determined by STL Hustle Insider.

4. Media Release & Content Ownership

By submitting a guest application and agreeing to appear on STL Hustle Insider, you grant STL Hustle Insider a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, image, voice, likeness, biography, and any submitted materials in connection with the podcast and its promotion.

This includes but is not limited to use across:

- the STL Hustle Insider podcast and all hosting platforms

- the STL Hustle Insider website, blog, and digital magazine

- social media channels and promotional content

- email marketing and newsletters

- any future media or distribution formats

You acknowledge that no additional compensation is owed for this use beyond any agreed-upon appearance arrangement.

Guests do not retain ownership of the recorded content. STL Hustle Insider retains full ownership of all recorded episodes, edited segments, clips, and derivative content.

If a guest purchases a branded content package, a separate written agreement will outline the specific rights transferred for that content.

5. Submitted Materials

Any materials you submit in connection with your guest appearance, including headshots, bios, logos, social handles, or promotional assets, are submitted with the understanding that STL Hustle Insider has permission to use them for podcast production and promotional purposes as described in Section 4.

You represent that you have the right to submit all materials provided and that their use by STL Hustle Insider will not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Sponsorships

Sponsorship packages and pricing are listed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to:

- pay all fees associated with your selected package

- provide any required materials by the agreed deadline

- follow sponsorship guidelines provided by STL Hustle Insider

All sponsorship sales are generally final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a sponsorship arrangement that conflicts with our values or content standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, episode recordings, show materials, and resources associated with STL Hustle Insider are protected intellectual property owned by iHustle Media Group LLC.

You may not:

- copy or distribute our content without permission

- claim ownership of any STL Hustle Insider content

- create derivative works without written consent

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- misuse our website or submission forms

- submit false or misleading information

- engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior

- harass or disrespect our team or other guests

We reserve the right to remove or decline any guest or sponsor for violations of these standards.

9. No Guarantees

Guest appearances and sponsorships are provided as-is. STL Hustle Insider does not guarantee specific reach, audience size, business outcomes, or results from participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iHustle Media Group LLC is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in or use of STL Hustle Insider.

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.

11. Third-Party Platforms

STL Hustle Insider may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those platforms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication. Formal legal action must follow applicable state and federal law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
